Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, its credits are refunded to your account automatically — no need to contact us.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Credit packs and unused credits

Used credits are not refundable (GPU costs are incurred at generation time). Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email support@reelpix.app.
