1. The service

ReelPix (reelpix.app) turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos using third-party AI models. Videos are generated automatically; results vary and are not guaranteed to meet any particular standard.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to photos you upload and videos you generate. You must own or have permission to use the photos you upload. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or depicts real people without their consent. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Generations cost credits. Subscription credits are granted monthly and do not expire while your subscription is active. If a generation fails, its credits are automatically refunded to your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately and you waive any statutory withdrawal period to the extent permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to abuse free credits, reverse-engineer the service, or generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. Commercial use of generated videos is permitted on paid plans.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
